[RO] Regulament de utilizare – Gift Card iHunt EV 1. Descriere generală Gift Card-ul iHunt EV este un voucher electronic ce poate fi utilizat exclusiv pentru plata sesiunilor de încărcare în rețeaua iHunt EV. Acesta poate fi achiziționat online și oferit cadou unei alte persoane. 2. Achiziție Gift Card-urile iHunt EV pot fi achiziționate exclusiv prin plată online După achiziție, codul Gift Card este livrat electronic (email) Gift Card-ul nu este nominal și poate fi transmis unei alte persoane 3. Valoare și bonus Gift Card-urile includ un bonus de 10%, aplicat automat Valoarea creditului disponibil este cea comunicată la momentul achiziției (ex: 150 / 250 / 500 / 1000 RON) Bonusul nu este afișat separat și nu poate fi retras sau convertit în numerar 4. Activare și utilizare Gift Card-ul se activează în aplicația iHunt EV, în secțiunea „Folosiți Voucher” După introducerea codului, creditul este adăugat instant în contul utilizatorului Un Gift Card poate fi activat o singură dată Creditul poate fi utilizat pentru una sau mai multe sesiuni de încărcare, până la epuizare 5. Restricții de utilizare Creditul obținut din Gift Card: ✅ poate fi utilizat pentru plata sesiunilor de încărcare ❌ nu poate fi utilizat pentru achiziția de pachete preplătite sau abonamente ❌ nu poate fi convertit în numerar ❌ nu poate fi transferat între conturi după activare 6. Valabilitate Gift Card-urile pot fi activate până la data de 31 decembrie 2026 După această dată, codurile neactivate devin invalide Creditul activat este supus termenilor generali ai platformei iHunt EV 7. Pierdere, fraudă și responsabilitate iHunt EV nu este responsabilă pentru: pierderea codului Gift Card utilizarea neautorizată a codului înainte de activare În cazul suspiciunilor de fraudă, iHunt EV își rezervă dreptul de a bloca sau invalida Gift Card-ul 8. General description The iHunt EV Gift Card is an electronic voucher that can be used exclusively to pay for charging sessions within the iHunt EV charging network. It can be purchased online and offered as a gift to another person. 2. Purchase iHunt EV Gift Cards can be purchased exclusively through online payment After purchase, the Gift Card code is delivered electronically (by email) The Gift Card is not issued to a specific person and may be transferred to another individual before activation 3. Value and bonus All Gift Cards include a 10% bonus, applied automatically The available credit value is the one communicated at the time of purchase (e.g. 150 / 250 / 500 / 1000 RON) The bonus is not displayed separately and cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash 4. Activation and use The Gift Card can be activated in the iHunt EV application, in the “Use Voucher” section Once the code is entered, the credit is instantly added to the user’s account Each Gift Card can be activated only once The credit may be used for one or multiple charging sessions, until fully consumed 5. Usage restrictions Credit obtained from a Gift Card: ✅ may be used to pay for charging sessions ❌ cannot be used to purchase prepaid packages or subscription plans ❌ cannot be converted into cash ❌ cannot be transferred between user accounts after activation 6. Validity Gift Cards may be activated until December 31, 2026 After this date, unused Gift Card codes will become invalid Activated credit is subject to the general terms and conditions of the iHunt EV platform 7. Loss, fraud and liability iHunt EV is not responsible for: loss of the Gift Card code unauthorized use of the code prior to activation In case of suspected fraud, iHunt EV reserves the right to block or invalidate the Gift Card 8.
